A new function for Kalkaba Malboum

Cameroonian Hamad Kalkaba Malboum has been elected president of the African Olympic Sports Confederation (CASOL), an election held in Yaoundé, the capital of Cameroon. This appointment adds to his impressive list of duties, as in addition to this new position, Kalkaba Malboum is also president of the Cameroon National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSC) and the Confederation of African Athletics (CAA).

A unanimous choice at the general meeting

The decision to elect Hamad Kalkaba Malboum as head of CASOL was taken during the general assembly of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA). This election took place in the presence of Mustapha Berraf, president of ANOCA, who travelled to Yaoundé for the occasion.
